Mitchell & Ness stands by the quality of our authentic sports apparel; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached, and securely tape the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
